  Lately, I’ve noticed something. I pick up my phone to check one message… and suddenly an hour has passed. Instagram, TikTok, endless scrolling. And when I finally put the phone down, I don’t feel inspired. I feel drained. The truth is: I miss being creative. Scrolling is easy  but it doesn’t fill me up the way making something does. When I’m making, even if it’s just doodling on a page or trying a new recipe, I feel more alive, calmer, and prouder of myself than I ever do after an evening lost in my phone. The point is that you switch off the noise and give yourself permission to create.
